All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

The artist reserves the right to decline a commission request.

Prices are subject to change based on demand or the complexity of the artwork.

Full payment must be made upfront, or 50% before starting and 50% upon completion, depending on the agreement.

Payments are non-refundable once the sketch has been approved, unless the artist is unable to complete the artwork.

Accepted payment methods: Gcash/bank

Up to 5 minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will incur extra charges.

Major changes after the final piece is completed (e.g., poses, composition, etc.) will not be accepted.

The completion time for a commission starts from 3-7 days and may extend depending on the complexity of the artwork, the number of revisions, and the quality of communication between the client and the artist.

Communication delays or lack of responses from the client may result in extended turnaround times.

The artist does not work on Sundays or during holidays, which may also affect the delivery timeline.

An estimated timeline will be provided after the commission is confirmed, and updates will be communicated throughout the process.

The final artwork will be delivered digitally in .png via email.

Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee, depending on the artist’s availability.

The artist retains the copyright to the commissioned artwork.

The artist reserves the right to post the commissioned artwork on any social media platform with a watermark to protect it from art theft.

The client must not modify the digital file to resell it in any digital format.

The client may only use the artwork on physical products (e.g., prints, merchandise) for personal use, unless commercial rights have been explicitly purchased.

When reuploading the artwork online, the client must use the version with the artist’s logo and provide proper credit to the artist.

• Personal Use: Base Price (PFPs, wallpapers, 1x private print).

• Fan Support / Freebies: Total x 1.5 (Cupsleeves, non-profit giveaways).

• Commercial / Merch: Total x 3 (Items for sale: stickers, charms, etc.).

If the client cancels the commission before work has started, a full refund will be issued.

If the client cancels during the sketch or other phases, partial refunds may be granted based on the amount of work completed.

If the artist cancels the commission, a full refund will be issued.

By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
